Our Intention:
Our intention of this
photographic collection is to benefit The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical
Garden. All of these images were captured at The Cincinnati Zoo &
Botanical Garden during the summer of 2005 by Curg Shields and Charlie
Behlow. After seeing all of the images we had captured on that hot
summer's day we decided that we needed to use these images and share
them with others to benefit The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden.
After presenting this to The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden we were
given their support, permission and blessing to use their logo and name
to support the authenticity of our prints and our intention. We
are very proud of this partnering and work hard to make sure they will
be proud of it also.
Our Prints:
Our images were digitally
captured and are digitally printed. Our printing process uses the
highest standards in photographic printing. We use only the
highest in quality of materials to guarantee the highest quality in
color, durability and longevity. All of our materials have very
high ratings with Wilhem-Research, the worlds leading research firm for
longevity of prints. Ranking our prints framed under glass and
properly cared for to have the longevity of 71 years before any
noticeable fading or color balance changes. This is over 5 times
longer then the previous photographic process.
Our prints all are each in
their own edition of 50 prints, that means there will only be 50 of each
print produced and sold, after the first 50 prints are sold this image
and print will no longer be available for sale. Each print is
signed, titled, and numbered by the photographer and has the Cincinnati
Zoo & Botanical logo in the lower right hand corner to certify the
print's authenticity.

of what the
bottom portion of our prints looks like. |
Our prints are framed to
some of the highest standards insuring longevity and making a great
statement on any wall. The frame is real wood, 3/4" wide black
with a flat top and is 1 1/4" deep. The matting is 2 5/8"
Snowflake with a black core from Bainbridge's Artcare Mattes. Our
prints are museum mounted with a foam core backing. Our frames use
clear glass to help protect our prints. Our framed prints are
finished on the back and ready to hang on your wall.
Each print, framed or
unframed, has it's own "Certificate of Authenticity".
Our Goals:
Our goals are plain, simple
and to the point. First, is to raise as much money to benefit The
Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden. Secondly, is to do this by
offering the best images printed and framed to the highest standards
available to the satisfaction of all of our supporters.
Our goal for the amount of
money we want to be able to donate to the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical
Garden is $ 91,520. This is very obtainable with your help.
